Tess Glen is an artist based in Edinburgh. Since gaining her first class BA from Edinburgh College of Art in 2017, she has studied on the Postgraduate programme at The Royal Drawing School, exhibited in the Royal Scottish Academy and Christies and completed residencies at the Moritz-Heyman estate in Tuscany and Dumfries House in Scotland. In 2021, she was invited to have her first solo show at Six Foot Gallery and organised a group show at Saltspace Gallery, both in Glasgow. She is a tutor on the Young Artists programme with The Royal Drawing School and at Birchwood Art studios.

Working across painting, drawing, writing and bookmaking, Tess draws from both inward and outward subjects exploring the psychological atmospheres we find in everyday situations, often with humour and absurdism.
